Data Service Agency (DSA) is a business and education center providing specialized services. DSA is looking for tutors who are passionate about education and actively want to help students by providing services and other resources they need.

The position will be given to an individual with a personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the business.

  • Interact with pupils and students to collect essential information
  • To plan, control , record and report assessment
  • Conduct and/or facilitate tutorial sessions
  • Conduct and/or facilitate academic support programme(s)
  • Conduct and/or facilitate research support project(s)
  • To facilitate in creating a transformative education atmosphere
  • Assist management with document preparation, review and any required task(s)
  • Meet with students, clients , parents regularly and speak with them, offering kind, friendly conversation to make everyone feel comfort able
  • Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Facilitates problem-solving with a curious mind and critical thinking skills.
  • Serves as a role-model for students.
  • Collaborates effectively with parents and the organization to increase student performance.
  • Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable, and cooperative with a sense of humor
  • Ability to take supervision and correction constructively
  • Ability to positively supervise students

Education :

·         An appropriate academic and professional qualification at a minimum NQF Level 5 from a recognized institution (Preferred: Teaching ,Business administration, Statistics, Education)

Hard and Soft Skills :

·         Willing to commit to the position for six (6) months, with the possibility of a longer internship available

·         Willing to learn and get hands-on experience

·         Able to commit at least 25 hours a week to be physically present at the office

·         Excel is a must

·         Written and verbal communication skills

·         Able to work under pressure

·         Innovative and critical thinker

·         Respectful

·         Time management and punctual

·         Proficiency in at least two (2) languages

·         Trustworthy , honest and reliable

Experience :

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Agent to actively seek out and engage client prospects.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability

The position will be given to an individual with a personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the business.

•          Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

•         Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

•          Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails

•          Determine client needs and offer service solutions and support

•          Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies

•          Close sales and lead client through the purchasing process

•          Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales

•          Be innovative and creative in closing sales

•          Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships

•          Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Education :

  • High school degree or bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred with a demonstrated successful sales record
