Data Service Agency (DSA), founded in 2017 by the accomplished and passionate advocate for academic
excellence, Mbali Blaai, is a premium brand in the business and education sectors.

 Since its inception, DSA has expanded its services from providing research support to postgraduate students to also offering:

  • Specialized services for entrepreneurs.

PROBLEM DEFINITION

DSA WAS FOUNDED TO ADDRESS SEVERAL KEY ISSUES:

-Academic Challenges: Many students, especially in postgraduate programs, struggle with research and
academic writing. Primary and high school students often need additional support to excel academically.
-Entrepreneurial Barriers: Entrepreneurs face numerous challenges, including developing viable business
